Terms of Service

Rush is for adults 18 and older. By creating an account or using Rush you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Rush.

These Terms are a binding agreement between you and Chaotic Neutral LLC ("the Operator", "we", "us"), which operates the Rush application ("Rush", the "Service").

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement.
You must not be barred from using the Service under the laws of your jurisdiction, and must not be a registered sex offender.
You may hold only one account and must provide accurate information.

2. Your account

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your login secure. You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Community rules & acceptable use

To keep Rush safe, you agree that you will not:

Harass, threaten, bully, stalk, or intimidate anyone.
Post or share content that is hateful, discriminatory, defamatory, or that promotes violence.
Share content involving anyone under 18, or any sexual content involving minors — this is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the authorities. Zero tolerance.
Post another person's private information, or share private messages, photos, or album content without consent.
Impersonate anyone, misrepresent your identity or age, or create fake profiles.
Use Rush for solicitation, prostitution, trafficking, scams, spam, or any illegal activity.
Send unsolicited advertising or use the Service for commercial purposes without our permission.
Scrape, copy, or harvest other users' data, or attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.

We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

4. Your content

You own the content you create — your photos, messages, and profile details. By posting it, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and transmit that content solely to operate and provide the Service (for example, showing your profile and photos to other users and delivering your messages). This license ends when you delete the content or your account, except for content others have already received (such as sent messages) and copies retained as required by law.

You are responsible for your content and confirm you have the right to share it. Do not post anything you do not have the right to share.

5. Interactions with other users

Rush does not conduct criminal background checks on users and does not verify anyone's identity. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other people. Use good judgment, and take care when meeting anyone in person.

6. Safety & reporting

You can block and report other users in the app. We review reports and may act on them, but we do not guarantee any particular outcome or response time.

7. Termination

You may stop using Rush and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service or its users.

8. Intellectual property

The Rush app, its name, design, and software are owned by the Operator and its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights in them except the limited right to use the Service.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that it will lead to any particular match or outcome.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Service or from your interactions with other users. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Operator from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or of any law or the rights of another person.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located there for any dispute not subject to arbitration or small-claims court.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes we will update the "Last updated" date and provide notice in the app. Continuing to use Rush after changes take effect means you accept them.
